Best Time to Visit

The best time to visit Blackall is during the cooler months from April to September, when daytime temperatures are pleasant and nights are cool.

Summer (December to February) can be very hot, with temperatures often exceeding 35°C (95°F).

Getting Here

Blackall is located 960km west of Brisbane. You can drive via the Warrego Highway, or fly to Blackall Airport with regular services from Brisbane.

Bus services also connect Blackall with major regional centers.
